katsu and spam musubi

We had a guest for dinner tonight, and DH said he wanted more spam musubi and katsu musubi. So I made chicken katsu, cut it into pieces and brushed some sauce onto the rice. It turned out really tasty!
I also made molten lava cake and served it with lactose free vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks butter, cut in small pieces
6 ounces baking chocolate
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter, reserve.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and salt. Slowly stir the chocolate into the egg mixture until thoroughly combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 350 F.
4. Scoop mixture evenly into 6 cups in the Molten' n More pan, or six ounce oven-proof baking cups. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for 10 minutes more. They will be done when the outside has risen slightly above the sides of the pan and the center is still soft. Let cool completely.
5. Unmold the cakes by pushing the bottom disc of the Molten' n More pan upward; remove the disc from the bottom of each cake. Place each cake on a plate and serve.

I originally got the recipe for the katsu sauce on All Recipes - Chicken site, but I can't seem to find it now. Anyway, just mix the following together:
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
